Welcome to the Park Encino official website. This website is a valuable resource for information regarding activities and events that occur here at the Park Encino.
We will continue to provide updated information under the News section. Likewise, we will continue to add to our Frequently Asked Questions section to provide answers to the most commonly asked questions.
Along with the new website, the Park Encino Board of Directors has a new email address. If you need to contact the Park Encino Board of Directors, please email us [email protected].
In conjunction with the launch of the website, we are also happy to announce the Park Encino’s new alert and notification service, PE ALERT. The PE ALERT service is an Internet-based communication tool that will enable us to personally communicate with owners and tenants about emergency situations, water outages, and other important issues facing our community.
With PE ALERT, we can send personalized messages to three phone numbers, two e-mail addresses per owner and tenant. In all, the multi-modal service helps us reach out to you via:
- Voice messages to home phones, work phones, cell phones, and even e-mail addresses
- Text messages to cell phones, PDAs, networked digital signage, and other text-based devices
- Text messages to e-mail accounts
- Messages to TTY/TDD receiving devices for the hearing impaired
